There are a lot of Free Host providers out there and if you don't mind using having there banners on your pages then all the power to you. It doesn't cost you anything but most of them don't give you much space to work with depending on what kind of site you are planing on doing. You definitely won't be running a paysite on them. Another thing to consider is speed. Your are at the back of the line for speed. What do you expect for Free? There are a lot of limitations using Free Servers. Also no cgi-bin access for scripts. (possibly someone provides you free cgi )
