Why Do "I" Need Legal
Content?
The answer is very
simple! If you use anything but legal content that you have been
licensed to use then you are asking to be sued for Copyright Infringement.
The law states that you must have legal adult content on your
sites or you can be fined up to $2500.00 for each instance of
Copyright Infringement you violate and/or be imprisoned. What
this means is for every image you have on your site that you are
caught using without permission can get you a $2500.00 fine and/or
imprisonment. That would hurt your business very bad for just
one violation, let alone more then one image stolen from some
other publisher.
Let's face it, you are an adult webmaster, your members want nice
fresh content on a regular basis. How do you give that to them?
You purchase legal, fresh content from a Distributor such as ourselves.
If you do not provide your members with fresh content you will
watch your sales go down and your members go elsewhere. |
How do I get
Legal Content?
You can get legal content
in many ways. You can take the pictures yourself if your good
at photography, and you have the time and expensive equipment.
You will also need to spend lots of money on good looking models
to pose for you, or maybe you can even sweet talk the girl next
door into posing for you if she is of legal age to consent to
it, and you have a model release form drawn up by an attorney
who will charge you a good $100-$500 an hour to draw up a legal
model release for you. Taking this route is great, but please
take warning that you must approach this with a legal view. Be
sure that you have all your ducks in a row, all your legal forms
correctly drawn up, and more or less go for it. This route is
a very scary route to take. It can backfire on you if you have
not secured your investment with legal matters.
You can also take pictures of the good ol` wife or girlfriend,
but what if she leaves you and wants you to stop using pictures
of her? She can sue you if you don't stop using them, or maybe
you can buy from someone on the internet who is not listed with
a large resource site such as YnotNetwork. As well as take the
chance that you are going to be stuck with a $200 or $300 cd rom
of content that you don't even like or can use. |
So how much will
this cost me?
You can purchase legal
adult content all over the internet. Some will charge you from
$1.00 to $25.00 a photo, some will even give you free content,
"IF"....you put a link on each page that you have their
images on stating that the images belong to them and you are using
them for a link back to them. This gets nasty looking for an adult
website. You want your members to enjoy your product, not someone
elses site by clicking on their link to see even more images then
you may have.
You want the best quality content at affordable prices that won't
break your wallet, or cost you to lose your website hosting trying
to afford new content all the time. |
