When
should you be submiting to engines?
Submitting to search engines is a science.
Someone could write an entire book on the subject (and probably
sell tons of copies).
The frequency of submitting to search
engines depends on how many different domains you have and how
many different places on the Internet you are submitting from
(how many different ISPs). If you just have one domain, you hardly
ever want to submit. Spamming search engines takes as many domains
as you can get.
I'm not sure what Addweb is, if it is
a public submission tool on a website, forget it, the search engines
don't like those. If it is a software that you have on your computer,
search engines don't like them either, but some software is smart
and you can still do well with them. I've always submitted my
pages by hand.
You definitely want to change the doorway
pages. Search engines look for all kinds of things in ranking.
Frequency of the page updating, links to the page, whether it
is a root of a domain, to name a few.
